Nellie's ideal home

Nellie can live with children over the age of 8 and other dogs. She is house trained but not used to being left alone so will need someone with her most of the day. She has recently had surgery to correct cherry eye and should make a full recovery.

Nelly is a funny little girl, very giddy and wiggly. She loves to play with toys and walks well on her lead, and has been a regular visitor to the beach. Nellie gets along well with other dogs but she can be wary of some big dogs, and also noisy traffic such as lorries and buses. She does have bags of confidence though, and readily says hello to everyone she meets. She isn't used to spending more than an hour or so by herself, so she'll need her new family to increase solo time gradually if it's more than she's used to.
