Hikari's ideal home
Hikari is a sweet boy who loves the company of people. We don’t have any history for him and he can be avoidant of too much handling so to set him up for success he won’t want to live with small children. Sensible teenagers would be fine though! Hikari would love some structured doggy socialisation as he is quite tense and uncomfortable around other dogs at the moment. For this reason he needs to be the only pet in the home.

Hikari is a 7 year old Terrier Cross who hasn’t had the best history. He loves the company of people and struggles being left alone. For this reason he’ll appreciate a family who are around all the time to start with, and then can gradually introduce time alone in a positive way. Hikari needs a helping hand getting into a car but is happy enough once in, so while travel is an unknown trips out and about are a possibility. This clever lad has really tried to keep his kennel clean so housetraining should be a quick process. Hikari enjoys settling down with his toys and we’re sure given time his playful side will start to emerge. He’s a lovely boy who just needs a bit of a helping hand after a tough time in life.
