Bob
Bob's ideal home
Bob is an energetic Terrier cross who is looking forwards to starting a new adventure. He would suit a quiet home environment with minimal visitors. Bob needs a secure garden and a safe space within the home. Unfortunately this boy has had a bad experience with another dog and this has made him very worried by other pooches. Due to this he will need to live and be walked in a low dog-populated area. Bob is friendly with everyone he has met at the centre and will happily approach people for sniffs but has struggled meeting new people in his previous home. Therefore he must live in an adult-only home with no visiting children. Bob is also reactive to traffic when it’s close by. However he is happy in the car so could travel to quiet walking spots. Bob is on medication to help him manage some pain in his feet and this is likely to need to be continued long-term.
Could you be Bob's perfect match?
Bob is a happy chappy with bundles of personality. At 3 years old, he loves playing with his handlers and is a master of playing fetch! He will also ask for cuddles and is a big fan of being wrapped up in a blanket in his bed. This cheeky chap would like time left alone to be built up gradually but does have a history of being good during longer trips in the car. He has the potential to be a wonderful, playful companion, but will need a home that can provide him with an environment away from other dogs so that he can feel safe.
